Top Management demonstrates its commitment to this policy by providing leadership, resources and direction; integrating quality management into business processes; promoting customer focus and risk-based thinking; supporting competent personnel; and reviewing QMS performance. All personnel are expected to support and comply with this policy within their respective responsibilities. This Policy will be reviewed annually, or where legislation, operations or risk profile change, and is communicated to all employees, contractors and relevant stakeholders.
